Our TLLP journey has been filled with many challenges thus far. Our project revolves around the use of a software program designed to assist teachers with programming for students with Autism and other developmental disorders who are not able to access the Ontario curriculum. As a teacher in the Autism Transitional Classroom, where students with severe autism learn the skills needed to be successful in inclusive classroom settings, I’m always on the lookout for tools that will help students with autism achieve higher academic and social outcomes.
