This is wonderful! You presented recently at our Mentoring for Learning graduate course at OISE, and as a coach I can't wait to learn more from you and others in this forum!

Thank you for the welcome!

Thank you Jim. I am still rather new to my role as the NTIP facilitator in DDSB (Durham). I am excited to connect with other NTIP personnel from across the province and share best practices. Would you happen to know if there are other NTIP networks I should be aware of?

Looking forward to all the possibilities.

Thank you Jim!

I've learnt about this website studying for a "Mentoring in Schools" online course of European Schoolnet Academy and I've watched interesting video about mentoring. I'm sure I can learn more here.

2 seats away = best seat in the house!  Thanks for sharing so much wisdom with us today.  Being an effective mentor IS all about being the best human that you can be for yourself as well as others.

hello Jim,

I am working at creating a Manual for Mentors for new Principals in Chile, and am currently looking at what has already been done in this matter around the world.

Could you please tell me where in the website i can find a description of a mentor's profile? That would be very helpful!

thank you very much!
