I have just returned from Congress 2016 – an Arts and Humanities Conference which took place in Calgary. I had the benefit of attending several presentations and workshops, as well as a chance to present my own action research (based on our TLLP project and previous publication in an academic journal).

 

After my presentation I had the good fortune of meeting several Canadian teachers who took a great interest in my Topic, and we exchanged contact information. It is my hope to continue my knowledge sharing in order to develop new ideas for student engagement around Indigenous content in my English classroom.
