I was a participant in the Demonstration Classroom and Mentorship program with you at Toronto Board a few years ago. It was such a pleasure to work with you. Currently I am doing research with Memorial University as part of my Masters in Educational Leadership on Mentorship and Induction programs and implications for Adminstrators. I would welcome the opportunity to chat.
Hi Jim! Thanks for the welcome! I have some artifacts I would like to post from my board's TLLP Technology project. Do I simply post them from my own page or within the TLLP group? Any advice would be appreciated as I am quite new to the TLLP program and process! Thank you.
Thank you for the warm welcome! I was excited to see the preliminary work you have done through schools in various boards regarding the ALP. Although I am a VP with WRDSB, I am working on an EdDoc through Johns Hopkins University and your preliminary document "Making the ALP Meaningful" was interesting to discover. My research is on teachers' emotional labour and how administrators create the conditions within which teachers' flourish (using self-determination theory in defining well-being).
Hi Jim: It was good to sit in your session yesterday afternoon and make the personal connection between your name listed here in the NING and your actual "living and breathing" self! Glad to meet you in person. I look forward to our continued discussion in the online community!
